I spose thats his way of saying, 'If it sucks, its not my fault!'. lol.

Anyway, i don't know why Johnston keeps getting ripped on for this movie. I finally got around to watching it the other day and its nowhere near as bad as people are making out.

Sure its not brilliant and Hopkin's and Del Toro's acting was a little off in the beginning, but i still enjoyed it well enough.

Oh and don't forget, Johnston only came on board like 2 weeks before filming started, so not all the blame can be put on him.

Well hopefully Johnston will put ten times more effort into Captain America than he did with The Wolfan. I don't want to wait till a directors cut comes out to see a good version of a Cap movie.

I agree @tea I liked it. Wasn't the best flick but it still kept my interest to the end. And in the words of Starsapphire, "At least it doesn't have the bat credit card!" LMAO. =P

and when is the creature from the black lagoon getting made? and how about the island of dr moreau remake, and resident evil remake. i also think steve alten the loch would be one of the best ever killer animal flicks if it was made.i would also love to see a darker jurassic park film, and who is with me on a underworld the begining about the corvinus family marcus, william, and corvinus himself, and victor all before they were bitten and how they became what they became.any ways i hope to see some great news on some great horror films soon.
