Naw, not believable at all. Sexy, but, she's no crime fighter...

The practicality of a vigilante/crime fighter isn't comparable to normal person in most cases. Especially when you factor in superpowers...

She can't sell the look because she is posing like it's a FHM/Maxim shoot. She's not trying to look intimidating; she look like a cosplayer who just fulfilled her bf's fantasy.
