Alpine Pictures and Summertime Entertainment are set to bring L. Frank Baum's vivid stories to life on the big screen in Dorothy of OZ, an animated take on the classic tale. The official website for the film now has the character sketches for the movie. Check it out below.







Dorothy of OZ comes to theaters in 2011 and stars Dan Aykroyd, James Belushi, Martin Short, Kelsey Grammer, Lea Michele. The film is directed by Dan St. Pierre.

Man, i would've loved to see what Tim Burton coulda done with Oz! Although we have already seen it in every single film of his LOL ;)

those are all awesome actors, and the characters look great, I just hope this sticks to the actual book unlike the original movie.
