The 5 finalists come from Los Angeles, New York, New Hampshire and Australia, and each will receive $2,000 to expand their motion comic into a full-length story. These five, plus one additional “Wildcard” finalist, will compete for the grand prize of $10,000 and the opportunity to showcase their work across Marvel’s digital network. Beginning the week of October 26th, the motion comics created by the 5 finalists will be the featured animations on Aniboom’s YouTube Channel. The Winner will be announced November 16, after a one-week viewing and voting period on Aniboom.com.

BMAN @ Pity though, most cartoons will never even be close to the source material!

I did'nt like these Motion comics when i first saw them lol, but their growing on me!

I like the 2nd Nova one where the Worldmind's voice isn't ridiculously deep.

@Betty: Yeah.... well my point was that a motion comic would be very similar to a comic book if your'e going to just read it once than throw it away.... but you still pay for it!!!

Same with a motion comic watch it and savi ti if you're going to watch it more than once... otherwise just delete it... and it is only .99 cents!

I feel this type of animation is too clunky and awkward. It doesn't feel like it's helping the story if anything it distracts from it.

And that scene with Wolverine on Hulk's back spinning, I think one revolution would have been enough, I thought I was going to puke.
