Vibranium: The material that Caps shield is made out of is the weapon of the Black Panther. A main deposit is found in Wakanda, the Panther's home. Perhaps Howard Stark got some from the first Black Panther? The metals inclusion could lead to a Black Panther movie, something many are waiting for.

The Flying Car: Howard Starks flying car could be the gateway to a 2099 movie. A corrupt government, new takes on famous heros, and increased tech could make for a good movie.

The original Human Torch: A blink and you miss it moment at the beginning of the Technology Expo showed what looked like an android. This could have been the original Human Torch. An android, that, when exposed to oxygen, would light on fire. Another 1940's movie would be fun, especially with a robot that lights on fire.

The Avengers: Do I REALLY have to explain this one?

The Winter Soldier: In the comics, Bucky didn't die. he lost an arm, and was brainwashed. He became an an assassin. Could this be Bucky's fate in the MCU?

Civil War: Now that Cap has been introduced, could we have war? Companies have worked together in the past right? We may have to make this away from the other movies though. Keep the actors, drop the movies that were previous to this one.

Cap has brought us a good movie, and hopefully he has set up more.

Why would Stark's flying car at the expo open up a movie in the 2099 universe?

in the comics, Stark created a flying car for Nick Fury, and its still in use today. Its actually a staple to Nick Fury, not the 2099 universe.

Oh sorry bout that. In 2099 Spider-man Shattered Dimensions I saw some flying cars.

the flying car is tech that would be used to float the helicarrier

I think 2099 would be quiiiiite some time in the future, if Marvel ever even wanted to touch upon that. It'd be pretty cool though. But @kriswone is right. It explains Helicarrier tech.

sure they could use it to explain the helicarrier floating, but the car was direct nod to Fury's flying car in the comics that Stark built for him. It was painfully obvious.

I would guess the flying car is more of a reference to the Quinjet. That seems like a more likely answer than Nick Fury's car, which will most likely never be featured in a film, ever.

Civil War wont ever be put on screen (well atleast not for a long time) there are not enough Super people in the current marvel movie universe for people to get upset over.. and the fact is most of them already work for/are known by government

Yup, good call on Winter Soldier/Bucky.

SPOILER: When Cap finds Bucky he is locked away in one of the experimental rooms. We don't see him die. There could have been some brainwashing/experiments done that would have kept him alive/activate something in his mind.

Also, anyone notice that Red Skull clearly drops into one of those Rosenburg Bridges from Thor? Also, notice how similar the sound is of HYDRA's Cosmic Cube weapons to the repulsor rays from Iron Man's suit...hmmmm
