JURASSIC WORLD: DOMINION Roars To $56M Early Start Overseas; New Clips Reunite Alan Grant & Ellie Sattler

Ahead of its hotly-awaited domestic launch next week, Universal's Jurassic World: Dominion is already exceeding expectations overseas and has earned $56 million from 15 overseas markets.

It's already performing ahead of Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom at the same point in their release cycles, so it's likely this one will perform just as well, if not considerably better than its predecessors as it continues to roll out globally this week.

Domestically, Dominion is still on track for a gargantuan $160 million to $210 million launch next weekend, which should fall right behind only Jurassic World ($208.8M) as the second-biggest opening in the franchise's history. With a heavy marketing focus on the returning legacy cast members as well as the film being the end of the blockbuster franchise, it's seemingly increasingly likely that the Colin Trevorrow-directed blockbuster opens at the higher end of that forecast.

We have five new clips from the film, including a few that spotlight Dr. Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and Dr. Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern) as they get reacquainted with the dinosaurs they so narrowly escaped nearly thirty years ago.

Check out all of the new clips, TV spots, and posters below:

The star-studded cast of the Jurassic World: Dominion will feature Jurassic alums Chris Pratt (Owen Grady), Bryce Dallas Howard (Claire Dearing), 3x Golden Globe-nominee Sam Neill (Alan Grant), Academy Award-winner Laura Dern (Ellie Sattler), Academy Award-nominee Jeff Goldblum (Ian Malcolm), BD Wong (Dr. Henry Wu), Omar Sy (Barry Sembane), Justice Smith (Franklin Webb), Daniella Pineda (Zia Rodriguez), and Isabella Sermon (Maisie Lockwood).

Newcomers to the franchise include DeWanda Wise (She's Gotta Have It) as Kayla Watts, Mamoudou Athie (Sorry for Your Loss) as Ramsay Cole, Campbell Scott (The Amazing Spider-Man) as Dr. Lewis Dodgson, Scott Haze (Venom) as Rainn Delacourt, Dichen Lachman (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) as Soyona Santos, Kristoffer Polaha (Wonder Woman 1984) as Wyatt Huntley, Elva Trill (Starstruck) as Charlotte Lockwood, Dimitri Thivalos in an undisclosed role, and Varada Sethu (Now You See Me 2) as Shira.

Jurassic World: Dominion roars into theaters June 10!

This summer, experience the epic conclusion to the Jurassic era as two generations unite for the first time. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are joined by Oscar®-winner Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill in Jurassic World Dominion, a bold, timely and breathtaking new adventure that spans the globe. From Jurassic World architect and director Colin Trevorrow, Dominion takes place four years after Isla Nublar has been destroyed. Dinosaurs now live—and hunt—alongside humans all over the world. This fragile balance will reshape the future and determine, once and for all, whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on a planet they now share with history’s most fearsome creatures.

The CGI looks great in this but after the last two movies, I think I can wait for the Blu-Ray or streaming release.

@marvel72 - World was great, Fallen Kingdom was horrific. Amazing how they did such a bad job after how well world was received.

@Gizmoduck - World was better but for me it was just a couple scenes which I thought was good.

Kingdom again had good CGI but the movie pretty much sucked.

At Kualoa Ranch about to take the Jungle Expedition Tour of shooting locations from the original! There is still a magic to that first one. The T-Rex still looks real almost 30 years later.

Have zero hype for this

@dracula - Me too. It really just feels like a movie about Chris Pratt being a Dinosaur Cowboy, riding around in Dinosaurs. Nobody I've spoken to is interested in this movie. I anticipate a big box office drop in it's second or third week.

I couldn't care less about Pratt's politics or religion. But he's a bit too annoying on screen for me to tolerate.

@TheWarThor - I like Pratt onscreen, a lot.

But also not hyped for this.
If it's below average I also sense a huge BO drop.

There's a terrible copy online, if you watch it I'm coming for you. Avoiding spoilers in case we get some book accurate deaths

@bobevanz - I mean, this series hasn't been book accurate since the first one. And even then not much so (the lawyer in the book was actually a decent guy for example).
