Chris Pratt Gears Up For A Dance-Off With The Indominus Rex In Latest JURASSIC WORLD Still

Chris Pratt has a tall order ahead of him this summer... taking down the Indominus Rex! And if the trailers are anything to go by, this showdown likely won't end in a dance-off! Pratt has a raptor squad, but he'll probably need someone tyrannical to help him come out victorious..

After 14 long years, the fourth installment in the Jurassic Park franchise, Jurassic World, is almost here! Chris Pratt (Parks & Recreation; Guardians Of The Galaxy) is set to lead a stellar cast that also features Bryce Dallas Howard (Spider-Man 3), Vincent D'Onofrio (Daredevil), Jake Johnson (Let's Be Cops), Irrfan Khan (Life Of Pi), Nick Robinson (The Kings Of Summer), Ty Simpkins (Iron Man 3), Omar Sy (X-Men: Days Of Future Past), Brian Tee (The Wolverine), and Judy Greer (Ant-Man) in key roles. Colin Trevorrow (Safety Not Guaranteed) directed the highly anticipated sequel.

We've been able to catch a few glimpses at one of the film's antagonists, the Indominus Rex, and it really looks like Pratt's 'Owen Grady' is going to have his work cut out for him this June. Last year, he had the help of his Guardians of the Galaxy team (and a few killer dance moves) to help him take down Ronan, but this time around, he's at a considerably bigger disadvantage. He will have his raptor squad by his side, but will that be enough to take down this genetically engineered monster? It really sounds like he could use something a bit more tyrannical to help out his cause.

Check out a new still of Pratt below as he gears up to hunt down the man-made beast:

Steven Spielberg returns to executive produce the long-awaited next installment of his groundbreaking Jurassic Park series, Jurassic World. @MercwithMouth Boo! =P

Charlize Theron, two X-Men: First Class actors (Nicholas Hoult and Zoe Kravitz), the gorgeous Rosie Huntington-Whiteley...and [frick]ing Tom Hardy, George Miller, and cinematography and a color palette that looks like it came out of a painting. Oh, and plenty of 'splosiOns too! What's not to love??

I was pretty excited about this movie... until I saw the first trailer. I love Pratt and I wish him all the best, but somehow the whole thing did nothing for me.
