Late last night, Universal released the first clip from their highly anticipated dinosaur sequel Jurassic World showing off new franchise stars Chris Pratt (Parks & Recreation; Guardians Of The Galaxy) & Bryce Dallas Howard (Spider-Man 3). The clip was well-received and not only shed some light on Pratt's love/hate relationship with the raptors and his thoughts on the man-made Indominus Rex, it also gave us our first glimpse at the tone of the Colin Trevorrow-directed film, which is seemingly fairly light-hearted, given a huge boost thanks to Pratt's natural charisma.

Check out a new still of Pratt, Nick Robinson (The Kings of Summer), and Ty Simpkins (Iron Man 3) below:

Steven Spielberg returns to executive produce the long-awaited next installment of his groundbreaking Jurassic Park series, Jurassic World. Some reason I thought this was referring to Chris Pratt's character and the Raptors he was riding with in the trailer. The Boys = Raptors...yes..

@Turtlestrong

I thought that as well! Imagine how much cooler it would've been if he was sitting there with his raptors!

I dont get why some religious people talk about getting raptored like it is a good thing. Having a bunch of raptors lifting you up, and probably shredd you to bits, doesnt exactly sound like a reward.

Drat, when I read "and the boys" I thought it was talking about Pratt's entourage of raptors.
