Having already grossed over $574M worldwide in five days, Universal's Jurassic World is currently on pace to become the fastest film ever to cross the $1B mark at the box office. Considering the film's immense success, it was probably safe to say that the film's home media release would feature more than a few dino-sized treats.

Yesterday, Universal went ahead and released a very cool sneak peek at the limited edition Blu-ray gift set for the Colin Trevorrow-directed film. The gift set will feature a super detailed statue that recreates the fight of the century between the Tyrannosaurus Rex and the Indominus Rex. The only thing this limited edition statue is missing is Chris Pratt's velociraptor buddy, Blue!

Check out the sweet statue, which you can pre-order by clicking HERE, below:

No doubt it's the biggest film of the year, but personally, my vote for 'best' so far goes to Mad Max: Fury Road...

I REALLY wish I could've loved this movie, but yeah my inner 6-year-old would be all over this Blu-Ray set haha. Pretty damn cool.

Thanks for the [frick]ing spoiler in the title. I swear, it's like you guys think everyone watches the movies on day 1. Screw liking through the news feed and seeing this bullshit makes me really wonder why I still bother with this site.

@BobbyW

You actually have to blame Universal for even releasing it this early. I wouldn't mind if they did something like this next month or eve August. But the film JUST came out, letting people know it's from the finale of the film along with the T-Rex in the description sets up people for automatic spoiler without even needing to click on the article.

Spoiler: There's a final battle.

I came back from seeing it just a few hours ago, and holy sh*t was that final battle awesome, the fight in Godzilla pales in comparison IMO.

@TheOracularNerd I meant to write scrolling through the news feed. That's the thing though, I was scrolling through the news checking the headlines in the hopes of some cool BvS news. Then I saw the previous title he had up saying it was the final battle directly in the title along with that thumbnail photo. It's only the 3rd time this site spoils a movie in its title. It's getting frustrating having these guys not take some consideration for others.

Spoiler Alert: They still have some small "technical issues" to work out, before this park is close to being safe.

That's why I honestly think it's best to avoid this site during the summer when all of the huge blockbusters release. I've endlessly spoken out about spoilers on this site numerous times. Some of the main writers on this site have deeply taken the severity of spoilers into consideration to the point that they block out words and even throw in neutral thumbnails in their article previews that will appear on the main page. Some people actually don't mind them (and though I will never understand why) I can respect that, bt for the sakes of everyone here who hasn't seen everything I think it would be best to at least be more secretive towards the things they may already know of that we don't.

Very true. I think it might be best to avoid the site as you've said. Very good points you brought up.

@blackandyellow
The spoiler being that there is a fight between IR AND TREX. I knew he was in the movie due to the trailer but had no idea they had them fighting, and right at the end. Would have loved to go see it and not know that bit coming before it happens. Kinda takes the fun out of a surprise. Not everyone wants to know every cool story/scene before they see a movie. I like some mystery but now it's gone.

Cool, not worth $100. I wouldn't even pay $30. I'll wait for the inevitable 4 pack with all films.

LOL

There are dinosaurs in this movie?! They really should've mentioned that in the marketing. People love dinosaurs.

@monkeyballs,

A few valid points in your comments, but on the flip side, ask this question: Is your girlfriend/wife worth a damn if they don't respect your interests?

Chris Pratt is in this movie??!???!? You'd think that would be something to put in the commercials, ya know?
