Prior to Shazam! Fury of the Gods flying into theaters this weekend, a studio press release revealed that model/actress Taylor Cahill had been cast as "Fake Wonder Woman."

Spoilers ahead.

Fans assumed this meant we must be in for another "headless" cameo after Superman was only shown from the chest down at the end of the first film, which was true - but the real Diana (Gal Gadot) did appear later on!

Cahill actually appears in a dream sequence, as Billy Batson imagines himself on a date with the iconic Amazon. She is only shown from the back, and when the camera does move around, The Wizard infiltrates Billy's dream and we see Djimon Hounsou's face superimposed onto Diana's body.

Now, Taylor has taken to Instagram to share some BTS photos of her suited-up as Wonder Woman - with her own face back where it should be!

"The secret is out now! I am so thankful for this amazing opportunity to be the body double for Wonder Woman aka Fake Wonder Woman! I would like to thank Gal Gadot, Zachary Levi, the whole cast and crew, and CLICK Models that made this experience so incredible. Now stop reading and go watch Shazam! Fury of the Gods!"

During a recent interview with THR, director David F. Sandberg said he relished the opportunity to "poke fun at the headless cameo of the first movie," but acknowledges that it "never could have done that if we didn’t actually have Gal at the end because people would’ve been furious."

What did you make of the sequel's use of Fake Wonder Woman? Were you surprised when the real Diana dropped by later on?
