I'd be fine with any of those titles.

So long as it doesn't have 3D in the title, and is true to the character (that means nothing like "Turn Off The Dark" or any of that crap).

Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, anybody? Spider-Man's Tangled Web? Spider-Man Kicks Grif's Ass?

As long as they don't forget the hyphen in Spider-Man.

@Ciaronious LOL good comment
The Amazing Spider-Man for the first one, The Spectacular Spider-Man for the 2nd one and Ultimate Spider-Man for the last one.

Cool. 'Amazing' it is then. Oh, wait - we don't get to decide!

None of them, they're all silly titles for a film. "The Incredible Hulk" has a better ring to it then "The Amazing, Spectacular or Ultimate..."
My guess, it'll just be called Spider-Man, with a subtitle.

"amazing spider-man" is what it should be called,not ultimate spider-man.

"spectacular spider-man" is alright,so is "web of spider-man".

"Amazing", "Ultimate" or "Spectacular" all sound too cheesy for this "grittier, darker tone" style of Spider-Man that we're getting.

"Amazing Spiderman" ? That's the name you give the movie when the franchise is really taking off; as they did with "TDK". The first should be something light, and geeky fresh.

GIVE THE RIGHTS BACK TO MARVEL.

Whats the difference between Sony and Fox?

Sony pisses on comic book movies. Fox takes A BIG FAT DUMP on comic movies.
