As Del Rey will be publishing the official novelization for SPIDER-MAN 2, we have signed on acclaimed science fiction writer Peter David. A New York Times bestselling author for his multiple Star Trek: The Next Generation original novels, Peter David is also one of the most popular writers in comic books today. In addition to having written for Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2099, and The Incredible Hulk comics, David also wrote the novelizations for the recent movies based on those properties.
