Here's an excerpt from a member from Superherohype.com that was at the Comic Con event:

Black hoodie costume during the times square fight... They didn't show footage of his costume I don't think, I was fairly excited though, so I may have been vibrating with excitement too hard to tell.

Yes, there was a lot that looked finished. The times square fight looked fairly polished, they may add a bit to it, but there are fully rendered buildings toppling over and the like. Electro's effects look about how you would expect, his attacks seem to be an EMP that takes out all the power in Manhattan, Marc Webb said he can disappear into electrical sockets, and we saw him shooting very long range beams of electricity from his fingers. Maybe a half mile away, knocking buildings over, cutting a building in half at one point. He is a god like, Super Man level villain.

How'd the electricity look? Any electricity "aura" or anything?

Not as much of an aura as I expected. but he glows a little bit, and his skin looks like storm clouds, with whites and purples bubbling up under his skin like lightening in storm clouds. It is a great effect that looks nothing at all like Dr Manhattan or Mr Freeze thank god. His eyes glow as well, as expected, with black eye-whites, and he basically looks like a very menacing, very dark villain. Looks like we are getting the first legitimately terrifying SM villain. He has scary dialog, and seems like a disgruntled terrorist like a school shooter or the like.

Oh, also, I suspect from the preview that

Harry is the Goblin. We saw Norman, and he is bed ridden, and Harry is talking to Electro. Harry says "Don't worry. Everyone will see you. Everyone will know your name."

Well folks, it sounds good.

Let me know what you think.
