Hello Everyone,
Major comic book assemble films are becoming popular today with the growing success of The Avengers. Even X-Men has it's own major film coming out next with Days of Future Past. As I was thinking what about the character of Spider-Man and what would be in store for him. They already ended the Sam Eaimi films with Spider-Man 3 and started over with The Amazing Spider-Man, but could this be just the beginning. One thing Marvel is known for is the concept of time and alternate universes/dimensions within the same realm. Also as seen in games such as Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions. One major idea I was proposing is, what if both the Sam Raimi Spider-Man and the Marc Webb Spider-Man crossed over in an epic movie event. The subject of Spider-Man in the films deals a lot with the probability of science and how science can greatly change the world. What if The Sinister Six was to form in The Amazing Spider-Man universe and he needs more help to defeat them as he doesn't stand a chance alone. What if a larger than life villain was at the verge of collapsing both universes and ending the world as we know it. This would be a great concept to work with in live action, to see two Spider-Men on the screen teaming up with each other. Knowing their own differences and their unique weaknesses as they learn. Sharing witty and comedic humor. Like I have said if they are using a similar ploy for X-Men Days of Future Past then an alternate universe storyline within the Spider-Man universe isn't too far off. There was also a huge mention down the line it may not just be a Spider-Man film anymore. Also a chance of history being rewritten, the events of Spider-Man 3 could have never happened and the mistakes made in The Amazing Spider-Man could be fixed. This is a major opportunity the studios need to realize they have a never ending franchise on their hands full of potential. Thank you for reading and I hope you further more consider this idea as a stepping stone.
