SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME Leaked LEGO Minifigure Offers New Look At Mysterio's Comic Accurate Costume
Marvel Studios is still (mostly) keeping Jake Gyllenhaal's Mysterio under wraps but a leaked LEGO minifigure now provides another look at the villain's comic accurate costume...and fishbowl helmet!
Spider-Man: Far From Home looks nothing short of spectacular and that big Mysterio reveal still has fans talking. Despite that, Marvel Studios kept the villain hidden at this year's Toy Fair, but a leaked LEGO minifigure has now offered a new look at the character and it's fair to say that he's been handled perfectly here.
While this hardly provides a detailed look at Mysterio, it's clear that the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel is sticking closely to the comic books when it comes to how he's portrayed on screen.
The fact that the fishbowl helmet has been incorporated is definitely a good sign, especially as most of us expected that to be scrapped, as it's so difficult to convincingly pull it off in live-action (or so we thought). Common sense says that it will end up being an energy field of some sort rather than a physical helmet Mysterio carries around with him!
