New Interviews For THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN Reveal A Possible Story Spoiler

In these two new interviews with Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone for The Amazing Spider-Man, some behind the scenes footage from the film is shown in the latter interview and a possible spoiler is revealed about the fate of a certain character.

The Amazing Spider-Man is the story of Peter Parker (Garfield), an outcast high schooler who was abandoned by his parents as a boy, leaving him to be raised by his Uncle Ben (Sheen) and Aunt May (Field). Like most teenagers, Peter is trying to figure out who he is and how he got to be the person he is today. Peter is also finding his way with his first high school crush, Gwen Stacy (Stone), and together, they struggle with love, commitment, and secrets. As Peter discovers a mysterious briefcase that belonged to his father, he begins a quest to understand his parents' disappearance - leading him directly to Oscorp and the lab of Dr Curt Connors (Ifans), his father's former partner. As Spider-Man is set on a collision course with Connors' alter-ego, The Lizard, Peter will make life-altering choices to use his powers and shape his destiny to become a hero.

Cool. I know I'm being catty but I hate Emma's mouth. She has beautiful eyes, but her mouth bugs me.

Anyway - the "spoiler" makes me think of a certain Superman line.

I am more excited about this than TDKR. TDKR is somewhere a bit predictable and we know wht to expect.. TASM is beyond my imagination...

@TheInvincibleMeximan the funny thing was, they all somehow died accidentally, yet in the planned fourth film he was actually supposed to intentionally break the Vultures neck and throw him off a building. Pretty depressing.

Not that surprising to me. Doc has an affection for Parker and isn't your typical villain who wants to harm everyone. He's just a guy who is struggling with his condition. I think the film has been pretty well laid out in the footage and interviews that we have seen.

So, you knew that Hawkeye would be controlled by Loki for most of the film, Coulson would die, Thanos would be pulling the strings, etc.? Or are you just talking in general, because in general I think TDKR has been pretty well laid out with the footage and interviews. The only thing as far as plot goes is that we don't know if Batman or Bane live or die at the end, other than the spoiler that is out on that as well...if true.

I think most CBM's are pretty predictable. If they follow canon and characters in any accurate way they are.

Maximus@ Couldn't help but get a good chuckle out of that. Of course a movie is going to be predictable if you choose to read the spoilers and leaked information. Of course, most of that "leaked" information as to the scenarios we are discussing with The Avengers came from the reviews and comments after people saw the film.

I typically don't choose to read all the spoilers. I have chosen to read some of the leaked information on TDKR because I doubt I will go see it in theater and am not that excited about it based on what i have seen to date. Yes, there is plenty of leaked info and spoilers out there on TDKR. If you choose to read that information, thenTDKR will end up being way too predictable for you as well. ;-)

There was also plenty of leaked info on TDK prior to release, including a complete rundown of the whole movie from start to end... how Rachel dies, Joker and Dent, Dent's death and Gordon's dialogue at the end in regard to Batman's role related to Gotham. The whole kit and caboodle.

I think that bigger spoiler is around 32s when he does that flip casue we weren't really sure about that and we could suspect that Connors will survive...I had no doubt cause I'm pretty sure that the scene when probably new Osbourne is talking with Connors in some kind of prison is at the end of the movie. So I guess Oscorp will be doing "Cages" for some super villains in the Amazing Spider-man. I don't like one think about the movie...It looks like Dr. has no family in this movie and it was big part of the character in the comics and the animated series... I think they should do it even more like the comics in terms o their fight cause Peter never wanted to reveal that Dr. is Lizard cause he was his friend and he wanted to save him...I hope there will be friends at the end. This movie will be amazing. Lately I find myself more interested in this than in the Dark Knight Rises.
