"Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark" Delayed Yet Again!

You simply won't believe this! Despite successful Box Office results from the previews, the unfortunate musical has been delayed once more until March 15th!

"Broadway's costly "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" has been delayed again to March 15 to "fine-tune" the high-tech production and work on a new ending even as it proves a hit at box offices in previews.

Producers made the announcement late on Thursday following a series of accidents during preview performances of the $65 million show -- Broadway's most expensive ever -- that has injured four actors, as well as reports of new staging and music from director Julie Taymor and U2's Bono and The Edge."

Is fine-tuning code for "making sure nobody gets killed"? Probably! Right from conception this thing's been jinxed!

FAIL SAUCE!!! I love that this keeps hitting problems at every turn.

So sad, oh and I will always love the orignal spider-suit more than any other, but honestly i am glad they took it in another direction. It helps to distinguish this movie from the previous 3 and I like the new suit.

I'll check out the show; it'll get lots of viewers, as much for rubbernecking as entertainment. Fate sees an anti-success for this show. Its so bad, its gotta rake in the cash!

Fine tune so nobody gets killed. I mean shouldn't they have thought about all this before the show started.

i know the ACTUAL reason its being delayed again. the editors have decided to just write as annoying fanboys. making the delay date and "reason" bold out of the whole article.

the REAL reason is because in all the negative reviews, the common flaw is the ending/Act 2, so the show is delayed so they can write a better version of Act 2 cause everyone's been saying it goes everywhere and that theres almost no ending.

i've heard they've 85% done getting the technical stuff straight, they just need to rewrite and rehearse the new additions. and this is still a PREVIEW!

Glenn Beck has seen it twice and even got an audience with Bono. They are redoing the end of the thing.

I don't think the emblem is lame as much as it's supposed to convey battle damage to the suit. He has a little scratchy-scratch on his face and looks like he's been either dodging bullets or farcically dumpster diving. STOKED FOR THE WEB SHOOTERS!
