Seems as they are making Uncle Ben's death scene more like the Ultimate Spider-Man. Andrew Garfield makes his appearance around the later part of the video.
Looks like they are entirely changing the scene where Peter hears the gunshot. Remember in the first shootings he was sitting under the bridge? It looks like they are changing it to this, where this is more like the Ultimate Spider-man, where Peter doesn't stop the robber fleeing from the market store.
