In “The Amazing Spider-Man™ 2,” for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past. The film is directed by Marc Webb from a screenplay by Alex Kurtzman & Roberto Orci & Jeff Pinkner, with a previous draft by James Vanderbilt, and based on the Marvel Comic Book by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach are the producers. The latest chapter in the Spider-Man story is set for release in 3D on May 2, 2014.

Webb didn't turn the Lizard into Godzilla. Godzilla at least had some form of a snout.

Hey guys, here's an interesting theory pertaining to the "too clunky" complaints of the mo cap suit:

Maybe that's intentional...CLEARLY this is a sequence involving a mechanical Rhino suit. Now we have already seen set photos of the Rhino heist of a brown serum (rumored to be the gene splicing rhino mix..)

So I'm just sayin, its looking like he's going to probably face off against spidey SEVERAL times in the film as THREE versions of the RHINO!!! (A human gangster, the clunky mechanical suit, and than finally, perhaps a fully transformed Giamatti!

I frickin LOVE these new spider man villains. Fingers crossed..

I would be happy if this movie tops spider-man 2 as the best marvel movie.

It’s a stupid idea to have the kid there. Reminds me of IM 3... which was shit!

I'm imagining this Rhino suit to look something akin to 'Iron Monger' in IM1..

That would explain the lack of tattoo on his forehead yesterday, the cockpit probably opens up in the front...

Ok I've been an avid Spiderman reader for years and years and was a fan of all the cartoons and games as a kid. I loved the last film and think people should stop whinging. They got spidey's character spot-on. I thought the lizard was a bit dumb hulk but would have been awesome if they-d included the bits with his son that they cut out.

With regards to this specific complaint, the rhino has always been a big guy as far as I'm concerned, especially in the ultimate comics that we know Webb loves the art from.

Don't like it, don't see the film

hope they'll find the right balance between classic/mechanical rhino. whatever they go for,i know Giamatti will deliver. He's an excellent actor with a huge career even though he rarely got main roles.

Why Are there adding Children in These movies, Ironman 3 Sucked with that Kid in The Movie, this takes away the realism, hope they make rhino a Joke!!!
