THR has debuted our first official look at Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay, while also revealing the full voice cast of DC's next animated feature.

Like the live action movie, this iteration of the team will consist of Deadshot, Captain Boomerang and Harley Quinn; but they'll be joined by Bronze Tiger, Killer Frost and Copperhead. Amanda Waller will be calling the shots, and this time Task Force X will be sent to "retrieve a powerful mystical object that they will risk their lives to steal."

Unfortunatly for them, there's going to be another group of very powerful villains attempting to nab the same prize.

The exact release date and creative team are being kept under wraps for now, but you can check out the full cast list and promo images below.

Christian Slater (Deadshot)
Billy Brown (Bronze Tiger)
Liam McIntyre (Captain Boomerang)
Kristin Bauer van Straten (Killer Frost)

Amanda Waller Briefs The Team

The animated movie is led by Christian Slater as Deadshot.

As usual, Amanda Waller will have Task Force X by the unmentionables, and the mismatched team of supervillains don't look best pleased about the details of their latest mission.

Deadshot Takes Aim

This incarnation of Floyd Lawton, a.k.a. Deadshot, will be voiced by arguably the biggest name in the cast, True Romance actor Christian Slater.

Waller Schemes

Amanda Waller will be voiced by Vanessa Williams (Shaft, Eraser), and judging by the sinister look she's giving someone here, this latest take on the character will be no more trustworthy than the previous ones.

The Always Lethal Zoom

C. Thomas Howell (The Punisher, The Amazing Spider-Man) previously voiced Zoom in the Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox animated film, and he'll reprise the role here.

Assault on Arkham was then times better than Suicide Squad, they should have just remade the cartoon instead of that film.

Always thought a plot for a contemporary Suicide Squad movie would be one where the team has to go to Kahndaq and capture or kill some metahuman child with reality bending powers at a time when Kahndaq and US/UK are in a cold war.

Oh, well, just another fiction in my head movies. I never feel as if these SS films really push the boundary with having a team of supervillains. I really liked Assault on Arkham though.

So this is in the current DC animated films universe? I guess that explains the difference in character designs between this and Assault on Arkham.
