Well, now there can surely be no doubt that a sequel to Man of Steel is indeed on the cards! The reboot passed $500 million at the worldwide box office this weekend thanks to a total of $248.7 million from North America and $271.7 million from overseas. That's a total of over $520 million after just 17 days. "Zack Snyder, along with his cast and fellow filmmakers, created a story that has connected with audiences of all ages and in every quadrant of the world," said Sue Kroll, Warner Bros. Pictures President, Worldwide Marketing and International Distribution.
