In the pantheon of superheroes, Superman is the most recognized and revered character of all time. Back from the theaters the action scenes are great but a little boring at times,i will give it a 3.5/5 rating a good CBM but could have been a lot better.

my favorite movies of the summer would be

1) STID
2) Fast 6
3) IM3
4) MOS
5) The great gatsby

Am going to watch it again on Tuesday in 3d format i heard the 3d post conversion is good.

Good grief people, the movie is out, go see if you like it for yourself. No point in whining about what the critics or other posters say. Go see it and make your own opinion. Not everyone likes what you like. That's the great thing about life, we are all individuals wiht different tastes. Stop feeling so insecure.

I saw it last night and it was great. They could have slowed down the pacing in the first half, but other then that, fantastic. I think most of the negative reviews come from the fact that it is absolutely nothing like any other version of superman we have seen on film/tv. I think people went in thinking they'd get a nice dose of nostalgia, and what they got instead was a kickass scifi movie. I'll see it at least two more times in the theater. I'm very happy with the film. The casting in this movie is absolutely perfect, period. Cavil just nails it.

I love Marvel, but Superman has always been my favorite. I hated Superman Returns. (Just trying to stress my fair and impartial judgement.)
Man of Steel was one of the best things I've ever seen. Ever.

I don't give a shit what critics are saying, make a sequel! and make it fix, my only complains about the Man of Steel is there's some cartoon-ish fights, that really really looks so lame, superman vs giant tentacles (spoiler)and Lois lane Kal-el kissing scene. but overall I enjoyed it I wanna see it again, definitely gonna watch it again! I wanna see a sequel with the original cast please WB!

Well there was two LexCorp one of the building and the second on a tanker, there was Wayne Ent on the Satellite, the other is Trident of course I could be reading into it.

Sorry the flashbacks worked great for me, they fit in perfectly and the pacing was fine. Yeah they could have slowed it down a little but either way it was fine. I personally liked how the story was set up, to me it was not a long drawn out origin story.

By the way Krypton was amazing!!!!!!
