From the interview with Schneider, this sounds like more than a fill in episode. Pa Kent doesn't come back to just fill space. I am excited for the last episodes. Whether you love it or hate it, this show has done what no other comic based series has done - lasted 10 full seasons.

I can't wait to see Welling in the costume, say what you want about his acting but he has the perfect size and look for Superman.

And I totally agree with DoubleL, I don't even understand why any comic fans would hate Smallville when it has been the only comic show on tv for a decade.

Here's an example- I don't especially like Wonder Woman and everything about that show looks horrible so far, but I'm going to watch and hope it does well just for the fact that it's a comic book show!

Dude, allow the gay talk... Welling is just a awful actor, and a hell of a disappointment, I'm not going 2 lie, I used to love him as Superman when I was younger, and even wanted him for the role in Returns, but he hasn't proven that he has any real talent, and its come to the point where the rest of the cast outshines him regularly, if it weren't 4 him I'd enjoy the show a bit more
