Many fans were not happy about the re-design and the turtles aliens (It was confirmed that the Turtles won't be aliens). On top of that, with Jonathan Liebesman attached as diretor and Michael Bay announced as producer, there was huge uproar in the fandom community. Will they get it right and prove fans wrong or will they do what fans are expecting him to do, screw up? Here's our first look at what the turtles will look like in the film:
I can not judge based on this costume. I'll reserve my judgement when the official pics of the turtle themselves are released. We have yet to even see a trailer but what do you guys think? Are you looking forward to this flick? Leave your thoughts down in the usual place.
NINJA TURTLES will be directed by Jonathan Liebesman ("Wrath of the Titans"), and produced by Michael Bay ("The Rock"). The script was written by Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec, based on characters created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. The cast includes: Megan Fox as April O'Neil, Alan Ritchson as Raphael, Noel Fisher as Michelangelo, Danny Woodburn as Splinter, Jeremy Howard as Donatello, Pete Ploszek as Leonardo, Will Arnett as Vernon and William Fichtner as Shredder. It lands in theaters June 6th, 2014.
