New TMNT Set Photos Of Turtles' Lair; Possible First Look At Mo-Cap Shredder.

New TMNT set pictures have surfaced, and by the look of the furniture in the Turtles' lair it's a safe bet that Pizza Hut has a licensing deal with Michael Bay's film. Also, come see an actor in a motion-captures suit, that resembles Shredder.

I've been watching the new animated series AND getting caught up with the IDW comics. I was wondering what happened to this movie!

I hope the characterisation takes a few tips from each of those sources . I particularly love what the IDW series has done :

Leo = Instead of being the usual goody two shoes, he's somebody who's deeply by the book when it comes to splinter, almost to a faulT. He's still the best fighter and the most reasonable, but he'll do anything when it comes to Splinter, and he's sometimes blinded by that.

Raphael: Full of anger not because he's just crazy, but because he was lost immediately after his mutation. He's got the skill and brute power, but he's a little impatient because the life of discipline with the turtles is still new to him

Donatello: Instead of being some adorable dork, he's actually the Richard Dawkins type asshole who's constantly raining on everybody's parade and is really blunt about it. He loves his brothers, but he really feels like they need to know how smart he is.

Michealangelo: Pretty much the same as always, but his raw talent shines more often than his quirky side. He's not retarded, he just feels that bouncing off things with humor is the way to balance out the personalities of the group.

Splinter: Super skilled Ninja master, but he's not perfect. In fact, many of his decisions ought to be questionable. It's not like he doesn't mean well, it's just that he's a mutant rat. Not really Johnathan Kent, more like Grant Morrisson's Batman.

@McGee: Nice, my friend. - - I personally think this reboot is unnecessary. More to the point I just don't trust Michael Bay after the last TF movie (2 and 3). Fail.

Product placement in movies is just like product placement in our daily lives, drive down the street you'll see.

Studios just wised up and started to get paid for it instead of having the actors hold the coke or beer can with the label facing away.

That said, I think the biggest product placement fail so far was Terminator 3.

Kind of an overdose on Pizza Hut boxes, like do you really need a chair made out of Pizza Hut boxes? I like how their room looks overall though, but what parts of shredder suit need cgi, like they can't craft more spikes or something????
