I watch this with my little sister every week. These "filler" episodes have been getting old quick.

I don't get the idea of spoofing a bunch of iconic horror films in these first set of episodes. It's appreciated (especially The Thing episode) but it just seems out of place.

I think Blacknerdcomedy hit the nail on the head when he said he believed that the horror episodes were supposed to play out as a horror anthology for Halloween but got delayed on account of all episodes being ceased to promote the then upcoming movie (how that makes sense I have no clue)so they didn't synch up with the Holiday so well. I would not be surprised if 'A Foot Too Big' or 'The Croakening' was moved around to go between the weird Horror episodes.
