TMNT Style: Ninja Turtles Homage

TMNT Style: Ninja Turtles Homage

With Michael Bay's upcoming TMNT film set to release this August, more plot details and especially trailers should start finding their way online soon. In the meantime, a production company has released a pretty cool video as an homage to the Heroes in a Half Shell.

Thousand Pounds Production Co. new production and development team Epic Rival imagined what a sparring session between the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles would be like and have brought their take on it to us in this short video.

Although the only similarities are on the weapons that are used ( since there are no ninja turtles costume), the fight choreography makes one wish that the action on TMNT at least matches the action displayed here.

The fact that "Leo" actor and choreographer Brendoun Huor will be the stunt double for Master Splinter on Michael Bay's TMNT film gives some hope as to what to expect from the film's action scenes.

A fun, stylistic (... and human) take on what a sparring session could look like between the four green ninjas that started it all.
