TV Guide have the scoop on when we'll see the first team-up between Green Arrow and The Flash, and it's set to happen much sooner than any of us expected! Though some characters will be seen both of The CW shows, the first major crossover is set to take place during the first half of each of their third and first seasons respectively.

"Episodes 8 of both shows, Arrow and Flash, are going to be a two-hour crossover event," Andrew Kreisberg revealed to the site. "[Also], in Episode 4, Felicity [Emily Bett Rickards] is going to come to The Flash."

As we already know, The Tomorrow People's Robbie Amell is set to play one half of Firestorm, and it was revealed during The Flash's TCA panel that the other half, Martin Stein, will later be introduced after very nearly being included in the pilot episode.

Are you guys looking forward to the two-hour crossover between Arrow and The Flash? Sound off with your thoughts on this news in the comments section below.

I hope they don't do this too often. That scene between them in the pilot was cringeworthy.

You know...I have no idea why but after reading this I got a little worried that they will rush into this sharing of continuity between shows too fast. Like I'm worried that this season of Arrow will be less of a continuation and improvement of what we have been getting, and will turn into something else entirely.

Apparently Geoff Johns just said at this TCA event where all this other Flash & Arrow news is coming from that the movies and tv shows will not crossover because the tv writers don't want to be slave to the movies :( sounds like a definitive stance finally

If Andrew is the better actor why has the box office declined ever since he took over? Granted he may be the better Parker but McGuire was the better Spidey.
