Director Rick Famuyiwa Responds To Rumors Of Cyborg Making An Appearance In THE FLASH
Don't get too comfortable with the idea of Ray Fisher as Cyborg appearing alongside Ezra Miller in The Flash. A new tweet from director Rick Famuyiwa puts into question Cyborg's possible appearance.
Well, this doesn't look too good. Yesterday, it was reported that Ray Fisher would be returning as Cyborg to join Ezra Miller in Rick Famuyiwa's The Flash in 2018. Now, the reports have reached Famuyiwa, and a recent tweet from the director could indicate that Cyborg might not be in The Flash after all.
The director took to his Twitter account to respond to Variety's report, saying, "#SaysWho ?" - referencing the Donald Trump lawyer video that's been doing the rounds. It could be that trade's sources were simply echoing producer Deborah Snyder's words from March, where the producer hinted at the possibility of Cyborg and The Flash's friendship extending beyond the upcoming Justice League film. This could also simply be Famuyiwa wanting to throw fans off due to him wanting to keep Cyborg a surprise.
Do you think Cyborg will actually appear in The Flash or is Famuyiwa telling the truth?
