GRODD RETURNS! - Barry (Grant Gustin) must deal with the Reverse Flash's (Tom Cavanagh) latest threat to a member of the group. To make matter worse, Dr. Wells unleashes Grodd on the city in order to distract Barry and the team. Joe (Jesse L. Martin), Barry and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) head down into the sewers to catch Grodd but the gorilla quickly gets the upper hand after he kidnaps Joe. Iris (Candice Patton) and Barry have a heart to heart talk. Dermott Downs directed the episode written by Grainne Godfree & Kai Yu Wu (#121).

They did an amazing job with simply a TV budget! WOW! Could you imagine what GRODD will look like in the DCCU? Especially with WETA Digital handling all of the visual FX for the DCCU right now!

@DeusExSponge Companies that have franchises like Warner Bros. that has the DCCU tend to hire the same visual fx companies or write up a contract for a certain amount of movies.

I was exaggerating, duuuh. It's still pretty bad, he looked awful in movement the last time he was on, so rubbery and cartoony. He didn't have any weight to him.
