Shocking 'Reverse-Flash' Twist Revealed In New Promos For Upcoming Episodes Of THE FLASH

The CW has released two new minute long promos for what's to come over the next couple of week's in The Flash, and they contain a look at the huge twist from tonight's episode which finally shed some light on the truth behind Dr. Harrison Wells/Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash. MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD!

ARROW’S FELICITY SMOAK (EMILY BETT RICKARDS) AND RAY PALMER (BRANDON ROUTH) ARRIVE IN CENTRAL CITY; EMILY KINNEY (“The Walking Dead”) GUETS STARS AS BRIE LARVIN — Barry (Grant Gustin) is surprised when Felicity Smoak (guest star Emily Bett Rickards) arrives from Starling City along with her boyfriend, Ray Palmer (guest star Brandon Routh), who flies in as the Atom. They’ve come to visit S.T.A.R. Labs as Ray needs help with his suit. Their timing turns out to be fortuitous because it’s all hands on deck after a meta human named Brie Larvin (guest star Emily Kinney) unleashes hundreds of robotic bees to attack and kill her former co-workers, including Dr. Tina McGee (guest star Amanda Pays). A group dinner with Barry, Felicity, Ray, Iris (Candice Patton) and Eddie (Rick Cosnett) turns into a disaster. Kevin Tancharoen directed the episode written by Grainne Godfree & Kai Yu Wu.

Holy shit, what an episode. The beginning was awesome. Now i get why Grant said no theory he seen was right. The next episodes look crazy good.

So much to love about this episode, the future flash suit, Wells actually being wells, the Star Wars reference, and Barry finally being able to faze!!! This series is doing so well and it's barely season 1

It was great! This show does a good job at keeping people hooked. Can't wait to see who or what is the cause of the other heroes being called in. I also wonder how this whole time travel stuff will conclude. Will this somehow loop around?

This was one of the best episodes. Revealing and mark hamill was great. The only problem was the new trickster. He was bad. And the fact they shoehorned in the "I'm your father". But Ya still good.

God damn THAT WAS A MIND [frick]!!!!!!!! Damn I feel bad for wells...the real dead wells. This series isn't even done season one and its on another level. The surprises and twists are it's greatest strength. FLASH>AOS>ARROW

Great episode....but Barry, the whole point of a secret identity is that it's a secret.......at this point the only person on the planet that doesn't know he's the Flash is Iris !

wait a minute...so Thawne has been 'wearing' Wells 'face' this whole time? I don't know if I like the fact that the actual Wells is dead. gone. never coming back.

Add in the fact that next season will more than likely have Grodd as the big bad, and I think the show will suffer for it.


I think Tom Cavanugh's performance has been the best part about this show.

Not sure how it will happen, but I'm thinking that the real Wells gets a resurrection and Cavanagh will eventually be the real Wells trying to help Barry.

He and his wife could be plucked from the past and brought to 2015 but that is unlikely. That device Reverse Flash used will be the key to Wells return.

@yingyang... yeah, the REAL Eobard Thawne was really underwhelming. But MY GOD that episode was mind blowing.
I even enjoyed Mark Hamill's "cheesey" 90s Trickster's performance.
The Flash, is EXACTLY how a tv series based on comic book superheroes should be

I still think a part of Wells does exist subconciously within Eobard and he really cares about Barry, Cisco and Kaitlyn.
