With Gotham also on the way, DC continues to dominate television with The Flash and iZombie now officially picked up by The CW. Loglines for both shows have been released

Are you a fan of Carrie Diaries, The Tomorrow People and/or Star-Crossed? Well, they've been cancelled. In some more positive news though, The CW has today announced that The Flash and iZombie have been given the green light on the network, with both shows set to debut this Fall. There's been a lot of positive buzz around the Arrow spin-off, and you can find some official details on that and the Vertigo Comics adaptation below. Are you guys excited about seng these shows?

I actually like the Tomorrow People and Star-Crossed. What a shame, but at the same time I cannot wait to see Flash and iZombie.

Well it was a given Flash would be picked up. I wasn't sure of iZombie but I guess that got a season too. I want to know what happened to the Young Justice live action show the CW was making? Last I heard was that the CW wanted to turn that into a show and there has been no news since then.

Can't wait to see to show. I do wonder how Flash's speed is going to work on a live-action weekly serialized TV show; I hope they can pull it off. These guys have done amazing work with Arrow, so if this show is just as good then we're in for a treat. I wonder if the shows will have interconnected storylines and villains like Buffy & Angel sometimes did? It will be awesome to see them build a cinematic TV universe. I need some more news on that rumored Young Justice series on the CW in 2015 too.

I'm glad to hear that The Flash has been picked up. It will be interesting to see how they utilize Flash's speed. Hopefully we can see some uniqueness in terms of how he uses his power.
