A new clip from The Flash has found its way online, offering our first proper look at Michael Keaton's widely discussed beard. While reactions from screenings were overwhelmingly positive for the most part, there was at least some chatter about how silly this looked.
While by no means too much of a distraction, we'd have to agree for the most part!
More interesting, however, is the fact we learn Gotham City no longer needs Batman because it's become one of the safest places to live in America. It appears the Dark Knight succeeded in cleaning up the streets, only to find himself directionless and alone in Wayne Manor.
Much of the clip is devoted to the DCEU's Barry Allen explaining the importance of finding Superman, only for Bruce to poke fun at the Man of Steel's name. After all, it's not as if he's calling himself "Super-Batman." This will ultimately lead to them tracking down this timeline's Supergirl, of course.

Worlds collide in The Flash when Barry uses his superpowers to travel back in time in order to change the events of the past. But when his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, Barry becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation, and there are no Super Heroes to turn to.
That is, unless Barry can coax a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian...albeit not the one he's looking for. Ultimately, to save the world that he is in and return to the future that he knows, Barry's only hope is to race for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough to reset the universe?
The movie stars Ezra Miller, Sasha Calle, Michael Shannon, Ron Livingston, Maribel Verdu, Kiersey Clemons, Antje Traue, and Michael Keaton.
The Flash races into theaters on June 16.
