you know the funny thing about the phantom was that instead of being purple he was supposed to have been red. but when the first issues were printed the machine messed up and printed it in purple and WA-LA, the phantom we all know and love today lol :)

This show looks like 10 lbs of crap in a 5 lb. bag. Why couldn't they just create a show from the movie. That suit was cool.

Wow....I gotta agree with LOL. The costume doesn't look like the original AT ALL (other than the purple I guess), they really tried hard to make the costume look nothing like the way it does in the comics. They were trying to 'bad ass it up' i guess. *rolls eyes*

It kind of looks good and at the same time doesnt :-( hmmm.. (does that make sense?) :-S

I'm not sure it always pays to go for this realistic look when making films about super heroes. The colourful costumes an outfits is what makes them appealing.

I watched this when it aired in Canada last fall...it was ok.

The guy is great the suit sucked and Rosellini is not the only baddy....lets just say it ends up pretty good.

Looks like shit. It may be practical, but I hate the neck-protector thing. I hate it so bad, it ruined Punisher: War Zone for me (not that it was a great movie or anything).
