Kevin Smith Will Return To Direct Another Episode Of The CW's FLASH

After directing a stellar episode of The Flash season 2, Kevin Smith gave indication that he'd like to take a shot at directing an episode of Arrow but it seem he'll be sticking with the Scarlet Speedster.

Previously, Kevin Smith directed season 02, episode 21 of The Flash, "The Runaway Dinosaur".  With most fans giving Smith's episode favorable reviews it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise that he'll be returning to helm an episode for Season 3.

In a new interview with Den of Geek, the fan boy director stated, "“I know I’m going back to The Flash, first week of September, to direct episode 7 of season 3. Still haven’t heard anything back from Arrow. You know, I wish, it would be amazing because I would love to write and direct Onomatopoeia in the show. Um, but I know they’re doing – what is it? – Wild Dog this year, as well as Vigilante, so maybe they’re just like ‘we don’t need you’, or whatever. But, at the moment, anyone over there raises a flag; I’m like ‘please, let me in!’ That’d be fun as f***.”

Of course, in the weeks prior, Smith also gave indication that he'd like to direct/write episodes of Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow and even Marvel's Daredevil.  Can you blame him? Any comic book lover would likewise try to direct as many of their favorite superheroes as possible.

I hope he'll do Arrow next. Seeing what he could bring to that universe would be interesting.

He is a great director in this medium. so Arrow wise up and let the dude have an episode or two. Let him do the cross overs that would be rad.

@FinnBoyega - Tarantino is overrated. All he can do is sex, sex, sex, excessive violence, and 500 f words. No actual substance, all shock value.

@GAThrawnIGF - funny thing is your description is exactly how most people would describe Scorsese movies too...

@GAThrawnIGF - Tarantino doesn't really use sex though. I mean the only nude scene I can think of in any of his films is Django, and the point of that scene wasn't to be sexy
