MARK  HAMILL,  WENTWORTH  MILLER  AND  LIAM  MCINTYRE  RETURN;  KEIYNAN LONSDALE JOINS THE CAST AS WALLY WEST — When Mark Mardon AKA The Weather Wizard (guest star Liam McIntyre) returns to break Leonard Snart AKA Captain Cold (guest star Wentworth  Miller)  and  James  Jesse  AKA The  Trickster  (guest  star  Mark  Hamill)  out  of  Iron Heights,  Barry  (Grant  Gustin)  must  stop  these  rogues  from  taking  over  Central  City  during Christmas.  Meanwhile, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Iris (Candice Patton) meet Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale).  Kevin  Tancharoen directed the episode written by Andrew Kreisberg. 


Well, that sounds pretty awesome, right? The Flash has been on a roll this season, but assembling The Rogues and introducing Wally West - Iris' brother in this world - promises to make this perhaps the biggest episode to date. What are you most looking forward to seeing in this instalment?

Kinda skeptical about the show's version of Wally, honestly more interested in seeing the Captain Cold, Trickster and Weather Wizard team up.

This is it... The episode I've been waiting for since it was announced the Flash was getting his own show! The ROGUES! Finally! Reverse Flash, Grodd and Zoom are cool and all, but for me Captaian Cold will always be my personal favorite! I love the Rogues gang. They have been enemies and allies to the Flash on multiple ocassions! I can't believe this is finally happening! I hope Heat Wave, Golden Glider and Rainbow Raider are back in this episode too! Wally West being introduced is quite cool as well! This is going to be a really fun episode!

I was so stoked to see what they'would do with wally's suit but then I remember that this is the CW, and they have a leather fetisch.

New52 Wally costume would probably look better under a different artist. Even that guy makes the regular Flash costume look tacky.

A nephew would have been hard to pull off given how they developed the West family.

@DCeddie: Hopefully Weather Wizard has more to do while playing off Cold and Trickster. I would love if there was a scene where Weather Wizard deems he should be the boss since he has actual powers (and a good one, at that)! Then Cold should put him in his place and remind him why he's the leader of the Rogues. I'm a bit hesitant about how they portray Wally here. It's gonna probably lead to a lot of angst. I just want more scenes of Barry and Snart playing off each other in that "mutual respect" they've grown to develop over the course of the series!

I grew up with Barry as The Flash,but Wally (pre 52) was always my favorite.At first when he was trying to live up to Barry's legend,and then when Geoff Johns started writing him he ended up being WAY faster than Barry (before Rebirth anyway) and learned tricks like stealing speed from bullets.Ill never get why these companies COMPLETELY change interesting characters into boring ones........😔

What's amazing is that even with DC's Multiverse, where literally ANYTHING is possible, changes to characters' races is still scoffed without even seeing the finished production.

Flashpoint's Batman plotline, still could work. They opted to use it for Arrow though, as he was revealed to be Robert Queen on a newscast Harry was watching back on Earth 2.
