It redeemed the franchise in my eyes after "Revenge of The Fallen." I will be getting the Blu-Ray Trilogy.

HONESTLY, I THINK ALL THE MOVIES WERE FUN AND WATCHABLE, THE SECOND WAS SO SO HECK EVEN BAY SAID IT WASN'T HIS BEST..THIRD ONE DID WELL AND WATCHING IT OVER YESTERDAY ON MY FLATSCREEN, ITS REALLY COOL. SURE THERE WERE ADDED CHARACTERS..

THE ACTION AND STORY MADE SENSE AND NOT ALL "JUST EXPLOSIONS AND SEXY WOMEN AND SLOWMO PAN AROUNDS". TRUTH BE TOLD IT WAS A GOOD TRILOGY, IT MADE LOADS OF CASH AND SPIELBERG IS TRYING TO GET HIM TO DO A FOURTH BUT I REALLY THINK LEAVE IT AT 3 AND LET A NEW GUY STEP TO THE PLATE, YOU GO ON A FRANCHISE TOO LONG AND IT JUST GETS OLD...ITS A GOOD THREE.

The screenplay was halfassed.
Pretty good use of stereoscopic 3D.
Amazing VFX. It's a total could-be-better movie.
Best of franchise for me, in fact, it's the only one in the franchise that didn't bore me to death and actually deserves to be called a Transformers movie.

I loved these movies! I want the second bluray disc. The one showing where they filmed the movie and with the special features and all that good stuff, lol. When I bought the bluray when it came out it also came with a $10.00 off coupon for the 3d bluray set. I think I will buy it just for disc 2, lol.

The first film was excellent, the way the film managed to pull of three separate storylines and sets of characters merging into one at the end was great. The second wasn't as interesting as the first but it still managed to make an entertaining piece. The third film was in my opinion, BY FAR the best of the three. This film series is what got me into the TF saga in the first place and it will forever be my favorite TF franchise.

These movies are just junk food for the eyes. The stories, characters and plots are completely stupid, but really are they any worse than the ones we came up with while playing with the toys as a kid? Every now and then it's fun to gorge yourself on junk food, and that's what these movies are for.

I don't know one person over the age of 15 that like these movies, much less fans rofl!

He didn't watch the 3rd just FYI, lol.
Me I never watched the tv show, nor the 2nd and 3rd movie, so it didn't make me a pissed off camper, but alotta my friends were, lol.

Messed-up, disgraceful movies speaking as a fan, though the battle scenes I have to admit were spectacular. But that's all indeed.

If it were not for the fighting robots this would have been the worst movie ever! The dialogue, editing, character development and acting were horrrrible! I also wanted Shia's character to die throughout the entire film. Douchiest character ever.

Was the Trilogy a let down the those of us who grew up with the G1 series sure but I found them entertaining. Could it have been better? Of course. The original series was Kick @ss and they should have stuck with that original story but then again we all know how that ended.
Personally the way the War For Cybertron & Fall of Cybertron games look I FOC to me looks epic and would be a great reboot. Keep out the human element. Start on Cybertron and make the series like it should have been made. I was there to see Transformers and NOT Shia Labeouf fight his sexual urges and find love. JMO, carry on!!

The first movie was fun, I thought. I knew nothing about Transformers going into it, and although a lot of scenes REALLY dragged on, the title characters completely redeemed those faults.

The second movie was a failure, just not financially. Having alerted movie-goers and potential fans to the source material, having it there and streamlined to pique anyone's interest... I was among a large population of people who jumped into Transformers in a kind of half-assed way. Expectations were built, funny enough. Hated it. I left with a headache, felt I had wasted my money (especially since I had treated a bunch of my friends), and was thoroughly turned off.

The third movie got better reviews. I thought, what the hell? let's give it a chance - it couldn't be worse than the second one. And it wasn't, it was alright. Not really GOOD, but not bad. The effects in all the movies are especially astounding, and they are what make the franchise without question. Still, it's a headache. Why are we supposed to care about Sam and his idiotic life? Why are Wheelie and Brains hogging the screentime? Poor choices for certain, and Optimus' line "we'll kill every last one of them" or something like it, is completely and UTTERLY out of character, as any fan would attest: Optimus would rather die than take a life.

It's eye-candy, and like any heavy consumption of sugar, you're going to get a headache. I think it's masquerading as a Transformers series, though.

would be good if they had galvatron for the enemy in the 4th...do something crazy like have him merge with the likes of shock wave and megatron or something.

and bring in ultra magnus so Optimus can start to train him as his replacement. (of course that would take a long time).

This was a very bad movie. It was extremely boring and had piss poor editing. I almost fell asleep twice while watching it.

I loved the 1st movie and thought the 2nd was ok. There was no excuse for this piece of shit.

The main character should have been Optimus Prime but he was barely in it. At least in the 2nd film he was dead for most of the movie which explained his lack of screen time.

The stupidest scene has to be when Josh Duhamel's character has to ask for volunteers to go fight the Decepticons. You're [frick]ing planet has been invaded and is about to be destroyed and you have to ask for volunteers from a elite special frces unit?!?

Waste of time.
