'Beth', 'Sasha' And 'Tyreese' Become Series Regulars For Season Four Of THE WALKING DEAD

Just days after it was announced that David Morrissey's 'The Governor' has been promoted to a series regular for season four of The Walking Dead, Chad L. Coleman ('Tyreese'), Sonequa Martin-Green (Sasha) and Emily Kinney (Beth) have all also been promoted.

TV Line has broken the news that three actors from The Walking Dead have been promoted to series regulars for when the show returns for its fourth season this October. Emily Kinney (who joined the show back in season 2 as Hershel's youngest daughter Beth) has been promoted, as have new recruits Chad L. Coleman (Tyreese) and Sonequa Martin-Green (Sasha). This news bodes well for fans of the comic book series who were hoping to see the friendship between Rick and Tyreese be further developed. What this promotion means for the other two characters remains to be seen of course! The Hollywood Reporter adds that Melissa Ponzio, who played Karen - the lone survivor of The Governor's outburst - in the season three finale, will be a recurring guest star.

Whatever they plan on doing with The Governor & Tyreese's storyline is the only thing that'll make the terrible treatment of Andrea in season 3 forgiveable.

I like Tyreese but I kind of want to see the Governor kill him like in the comics. Idk why

Since Michonne is my favorite I want her to be the one to kill the Governor. Badass Torture Style. And isn't Beth already a regular?

Well Durr!!! Y'know things in The Walking Dead TV Show are incredibly predictable, and getting very boring. I love my zombies, but when you take out the zombie element of the show, (which is barely existent anyway) you just have people bitching, they talked about a war for 10 god damn episodes, and I was thinking to myself, "oooh Rick and the guv are gonna fight this oughta be good" in the end it turned out to be a crappy, two people fire guns into a crowd, not hitting any of them while the crowd thinks it was a massacre so they retreat, kind of thing.

Well, I totally saw this coming. With the way Tyreese and Rick are in the comics, I was expecting him and his sister to be promoted to regulars. Although... I really don't like Sasha all that much... She just seems like someone who doesn't really care about much. She does anything her brother does, and nothing else. She had practically no character in Season 3. Then again... Tyreese didn't have much either, but at least he had some. I can also see Beth taking more of a spotlight, considering she's taking care of baby Judith and will most likely die (along with Herschel and possibly Judith) when the Governor does his second attack on the prison.

How about this, Beth's character sort of takes over Andreas from the comic, younger, becomes a sniper, gets in a relationship with Rick, not Carl. She is acting as Judith's mother after all.

Rick and Tyreese's friendship would be the ONLY THING FANS OF THE COMIC WOULD BE LOOKING FORWARD TOO.
