The Walking Dead rolled out its mid-season finale last night will all the twists and turns it didn't disappoint either. The show was looking to capitalize on momentum that they have gotten since the last year's season two performance. Season two debuted and a respectable 7.3 million viewer ship with the mid-season finale coming in slightly lower at 6.6. The Third season of the show opened with even better numbers raking in 10.9 million viewers. We had seen a lot of promos and teasers for last night's mid-season finale, and it seems to have paid off for the crew over at AMC. Last night's episode, according to
THR, drew 10.5 Million viewers. While that is slightly down from the season premiere it is a 58% bump from the season two mid-way finale.
Lot's of questions are still hovering around after last night's episode, but will sure to be answered when the show comes back. Rick and the gang are surely in for a wild finale eight episodes when the show makes its triumphant return this coming February.
