Entertainment Weekly has confirmed today that Colton Haynes (Roy Harper/Arsenal) will indeed return for the eighth and final season of
Arrow in a recurring role.
With Willa Holland (Thea Queen/Speedy) is also
confirmed to return for the final run of ten episodes, this latest announcement sets the stage for quite an epic reunion, as fans are sure to finally get an opportunity to see whether or not Thea Queen and Roy Harper get their happily ever after.
In addition to the core present-day team of the Green Arrow (Stephen Amell), Spartan (David Ramsey), Wild Dog (Rick Gonzalez), Black Canary (Juliana Harkavy) and Black Canary E-2 (Katie Cassidy Rodgers), the upcoming season will also feature a wide range of returning characters, including Thea Queen (Willa Holland), Tommy Merlyn (Colin Donnell), Adrian Chase (Josh Segarra), Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman), Moira Queen (Susanna Thompson), The Monitor (LaMonica Garrett), Tatsu Yamashiro (Rila Fukushima) and Yao Fei Gulong (Byron Mann).

After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the North China Sea.
