I'm a little disappointed that they have apparently decided to forgo the domino mask but word from those attending the CW Upfronts is that Arrow is shaping up to be something special. What was revealed was said to look more like a movie sizzle reel and not a television trailer. Footage should be online soon and then we can all judge for ourselves.
UPDATE

And now footage is indeed online, check it out HERE.

On 18 January, 2012, The CW greenlit the pilot for a proposed Green Arrow series with Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim and Andrew Kreisberg producing. The series, Arrow, will offer a fresh take on the character. Smallville's Justin Hartley will not be involved in the new project. Actor Stephen Amell will portray Oliver Queen/Green Arrow in the pilot.

In Arrow, Oliver Queen will be in his late twenties. Dinah Laurel Lance will also be a featured character, though not as the Black Canary and using her middle name "Laurel." Oliver Queen's mother Moira is still alive in the present day, with Oliver Queen returning to "Starling City" after people believed he was dead for five years. It has been recently reported that actress Katie Cassidy will portray Dinah Laurel Lance in the pilot episode. Colin Donnell is cast as Merlyn.

Green Arrow

MPAA Rating: Unknown
Starring: Katie Cassidy, Stephen Amell and Willa Holland
Directed by: David Nutter
Written by: Greg Berlanti (story/writer), Marc Guggenheim (story/writer), Andrew Kreisberg (writer), George Papp (character) and Mort Weisinger (character)

Ummm, I guess it looks......okay. I don't know there's something missing......Maybe a sort of mask or whatnot to conceal his identity. But I can confirm one thing for sure. That the chick on the right looks hot as hell. :D

Stay EPIC, my friends!

Between this Green Arrow costume and the one from Smallville, I would say that the one from Smallville is better in terms of design. But I'm sure this show will do great. I just hope they give him some sort of mask or even glasses. :)

Photoshoped much? Still the suit does look good. I wish they would make real posters with the actors in the same room now days... lol

The characters look good in that line-up, but yes, Ollie's head is obviously a result of a poor Photoshop job there. Something's also a bit off to me - which of course is the lack of the mask - but if the show really will be good, it sure will not be a problem at all.

i love how every TV show seemingly gets the same photographer to do their promo photos. bad photoshop should soon go the way of too-skinny models.

Not trying to start another DC/Marvel war trust me cause it makes no sense, But the Marvel Movies have showed us that useing a close variation of the comicbook outfit can actually work in live action. Throw the mask on him & see what it looks like, if it looks too cartoony modify it to look like so sort of night vison goggle/mask don't be afraid to try it. It's a tv show if the fans dont like it you can ditch'em, he can have evolving gear like Batman & Ironman.

I know my kids would watch it.
Looks okay.
Sorry I am old and jaded and sometimes you HAVE seen it all before.
Hope it does well.

I hated the sound effects-ALL OF THEM!
I liked that his movements when firing the arrows were realistic and not speeded up.
Still could not beat an uzi.

I reckon there will be a lot of green filter added every week at a key moment, that would be shit too.

great pull ups.

Hey looked better than I thought, I can see why they didn't go with Hartley. This looks to have a more serious tone. Hartley was very quippy and whimsical.
