ARROW: Nyssa Returns With A Warning For Speedy In The New Promo For Season 6, Episode 15: "The Thanatos Guild"

Arrow is off for the rest of the month, but when it returns, get ready for a big Speedy episode (potentially Willa Holland's last) as Thea finds herself being hunted by a rogue group of assassins!

With rumors swirling that Willa Holland may be exiting Arrow before the end of the season, it looks like the next episode, which airs at the end of the month, could potentially serve as her last as it sets up a pretty major hour for Speedy where she'll have to fight off a rogue group of former League of Assassins members who are seeking a mysterious box Malcolm (John Barrowman) may have left in her possession.

She'll get a much-needed assist from a returning Nyssa Al Ghul (Katrina Law) and the rest of Team Arrow, but will it be enough to keep her safe? (Yeah, probably.) Colton Haynes is also expected to be back as Roy Harper for the end of his two-episode arc and considering the state of his relationship with Thea at the end of tonight's episode, it's probably a safe bet he won't be leaving Star City alone this time around.

If the rumors prove to be true, it's really a shame the show has wasted such a terrific character.

Watch the new promo for episode fifteen, titled "The Thanatos Guild," below:

"The Thanatos Guild" - (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, LV) (HDTV)

NYSSA AL GHUL COMES BACK TO STAR CITY WITH A DANGEROUS MESSAGE FOR THEA - Nyssa Al Ghul (guest star Katrina Law) returns to Star City to warn Thea (Willa Holland) that a group of renegade League of Assassins members are planning to attack her. This group, led by Athena (guest star Kyra Zagorsky), is intent on finding a mysterious box that Malcolm left behind and will stop at nothing to get it. Nyssa helps Oliver (Stephen Amell) come to a life-changing realization. Joel Novoa directed the episode written by Beth Schwartz & Ben Sokolowski (#616). Original airdate 3/29/2018.

After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the North China Sea. He returned home to Star City, bent on righting the wrongs done by his family and fighting injustice. As the Green Arrow, he protects his city with the help of Team Arrow with former soldier John Diggle, computer-science expert Felicity Smoak, his vigilante-trained sister Thea Queen, Deputy Mayor Quentin Lance, brilliant inventor Curtis Holt, and his new recruits, street-savvy Rene Ramirez and meta-human Dinah Drake. Oliver has finally solidified and strengthened his crime-fighting team only to have it threatened when unexpected enemies from his past return to Star City, forcing Oliver to rethink his relationship with each member of his “family”.

Some people have theorized that the content of the box could be the small part of the Lazarus Pit that Damien Darhk took with him when he wasn't chosen to be the new Ra's and that since Malcolm did hang out with Damien in LoT S2 that maaaybe he got his hands on it but personally I would like it to turn out to be Vandal Savage's ashes that we never saw them again since he picked them up (and saying "you own me") after he was defeated in the 2nd crossover.

Next week's episode looks like it will be pretty great, awesome to not only get Nyssa back (gotta love Katrina Law) but also some more League of Assassins stuff. Add Speedy and Roy onto that and you've got the ingredients of a great episode!!

Its been a very good week for comic book shows so far, especially in the Arrowverse where we got really good to great episodes from the 3 shows. So far this week:

1. Legends
2. Flash
3. Arrow
4. Black Lightning
5. Gotham

In a regular week, I'd rank Arrow above Flash but this was such a strong episode for Flash that it exceeded normality. The top 3 are fairly close to one another. BL was good, and Gotham was alright.
