After getting some insight from adult William (Ben Lewis) about what happens to him and Roy (Colton Haynes) in the future, it looks like the unlikely duo will be making their way back to Star City at some point in next week's installment.

Meanwhile, Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) will find himself fighting for his life when he finds a new target on his back. Plus, Diggle (David Ramsey) will enlist Curtis (Echo Kellum) to go on a risky undercover mission for him while Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) entertains an enticing offer.

I've seen other people mention this, but after watching Daredevil season 3 everything else seems inferior (which it is). Anyways, a good episode but I didn't think it was quite as strong as the premiere. I don't know, maybe I was just out of it while watching, but I felt the first half was a bit slow and less interesting.

The last half though was very good, especially the whole train chase sequence; that was pretty well done. The Longbow Hunters are pretty neat, interested in seeing more from them. Dinah and Laurel teaming up was pretty good, and I really liked the sincere moment Laurel had with Dinah where she apologized for her actions. Oliver in prison is still pretty good, liked how he went about trying to deal with the predicament he found himself in with the guard. Felicity teaming up with the FBI agent was a bit surprising, that should be interesting.

The flashforward scenes are still interesting. I wonder if we are heading towards Star City 2046 (the bleak future seen in Legends season 1). Roy kind of looks a little weird when you look at him upclose as an older version, lol. I also found it a bit surprising that William turned out gay, idk just seemed surprising (and also kind of unnecessary. Same thing happened on Supergirl yesterday where someone had to reveal they were transgender).

So far this week:
1. Legends- great
2. Arrow- good
3. Supergirl- good

Felicity's emotional / serious voice is getting really annoying now that its her permanent mood. You know, that stuffed nosed voice she uses.

Wait...did we actually see Silencer here? You know, the new DC character?
Not bad using her against 2 Black Canaries! :P

So the episode had few of Oliver this week compared to the premiere, choosing to focus more on the resurfing team trying to find any leads that points them to Diaz, it worked for the most part but I wished they had it balanced like last week. Then again they had to stretch the prison plot of how Oliver would get the guard out of his way without the need to kill him to get Brick and his gang to tell him what they know of Diaz from out the walls of Slabside.

As for the Longbow Hunters they are delivering the hype. Kodiak looks beastly and inmune to harm since the hit with the gun didn't even register to him and he fights good with the shield-razor weapon. Red Dart is for good support and Silencer makes for interesting fights since she turns off the sound and no one can know she is there or fighting them if the others have allies and even block two canaries cries for a while.

Together the 3 mercenaries are a good combo.

The bonding between Dinah and Black Siren motivated to take down Diaz can work for all of what he did to them, it'd be good to finally have E2 Laurel stick to the good side since she's already filling as the DA. But if she begins to see the side of Rene and is up to work with the New GA then I can see her clashing again with Dinah.

Diggle's reason for giving up the chance to be GA once Oliver was gone made more sense compared to S6 when he was upset he didn't get it back. And while Felicity's emotional state makes for a good argument after she and William almost died last week by Diaz it is not making her think straight and just makes her act impulsively. Curtis made the right call in obeying Diggle in letting Diaz and the Hunters go before they recoved that super battery.

Working with the same FBI agent is a little un-hype-esque, but it feels like it will move the plot along so it's whatever.

Flashforward: these are becoming more interesting but are taking it at a very slow pace. All that was revealed was that Roy went to Lian Yu to "get away from everything" after whatever happened with the search of the 3 Lazarus Pit with Thea and Nyssa and that William was drawn to the island because there was a GPS inside the rock that used to belong to Oliver leading that led to 4 tombs buried (betting they belonged to Yao Fei, Shado, Robert and William's mother) plus a 5th one were there was a bow with a note on it which Roy burned after reading it. And the next stop is Star City. This is gonna be a slow burn.

Seems it was the same bow that Talia gave to Oliver in S5's flashbacks.

Hoping the New GA shows up next week.

@NinnesMBC - Also the new opening with Oliver calling himself "Inmate 4587" is nice, tells it is gonna take a while before he's out from jail.
