ARROW: Oliver Queen Lives To Fight Another Day On This Foreboding New Poster For Season 6

We caught our first official look at Barry's new suit yesterday and now, The CW has released the official poster for Arrow season six, featuring Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) taking aim at an unseen adversary while the world crumbles behind him.

Even though we don't technically know who made it off Lian Yu alive, we do already have confirmation that Deathstroke (Manu Bennett), Black Canary (Juliana Harkavy), Black Siren (Katie Cassidy), and Wild Dog (Rick Gonzalez) will all definitely be back this season. However, as for Speedy (Willa Holland), Diggle (David Ramsey), Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards), Mr. Terrific (Echo Kellum), Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne), Samantha Clayton (Anna Hopkins), Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law), Talia al Ghul (Lexa Doig), and Evelyn Sharp (Madison McLaughlin), their fates all still remain very much up in the air.

Check out the official season six poster below:

"Fallout" - (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, LV) (HDTV)

THE AFTERMATH - Oliver (Stephen Amell) deals with the fallout of the explosion on the island. James Bamford directed the episode written by Marc Guggenheim & Wendy Mericle (#601). Original airdate 10/12/2017.

As the Green Arrow, Oliver Queen protects his home, Star City, with the help of former soldier John Diggle, computer-science expert Felicity Smoak, his Thea Queen, Deputy Mayor Quentin Lance, brilliant inventor Curtis Holt, and his new recruits, street-savvy Rene Ramirez and meta-human Dinah Drake. In Season Six, Oliver has finally solidified and strengthened his crime-fighting team only to have it threatened when unexpected enemies from his past , including Black Siren, return to Star City, forcing Oliver to rethink his relationship with each member of his “family.” With the team left hanging in the balance, the focus shifts to the fates of every member of Team Arrow!

Arrow features:
Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Green Arrow
Katie Cassidy as Laurel Lance/Black Siren
David Ramsey as John Diggle/Spartan
Willa Holland as Thea Queen/Speedy
Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak
Echo Kellum as Curtis Holt/Mr. Terrific
Rick Gonzalez as Rene Ramirez/Wild Dog
Juliana Harkavy as Dinah Drake/Black Canary
Paul Blackthorne as Captain Quentin Lance
Manu Bennett as Slade Wilson/Deathstroke
David Nykl as Anatoly Knyazev
Audrey Marie Anderson as Lyla Michaels
Colton Haynes as Roy Harper/Arsenal
Kirk Acevedo as Ricardo Diaz/Richard Dragon

@MrPositive - Yeah. Just noticed him having a new bow for this season. Think he should have gotten a new one when he became Green Arrow at the start of Season 4 but it seems cool.

I think I just reconciled myself to the reality that this is going to be either the best or only Green Arrow we get for any foreseeable future.

This hits me harder than I thought it would... I mean, I sort of already thought it, but there was always some part of me that held out a shred of hope that Hunnam would announce one day that he was doing Supermax (for instance). But with WB the way it is, I just don't see it happening in decades or longer.

...I always kinda liked Green Arrow... And he deserves better than this...

@Spock0Clock - yeah, imagine literally being a green arrow fan from age 4, and a complete zealot who realizes that this show is as faithful to ths source material as bill clinton

For me, I loved archers cause in hindu mythology, we have celestial archers and archers were the focus of our mythological epics, and then when I turn four, I read rhe merry adventures of robin hood for the first time, absolutely falling in love, and then later that year, I start watching the JLA and JLU tv show, falling in love with green arrow

It pains me that this might be the only green arrow we get. This isnt green arrow, it is discoumt batman, and I want my boy ollie done right

I gave up on Arrow when they killed Laurel in season 4. Such a freaking waste.

Having said that, i'm thinking about giving S6 a shot. I like Slade. I like Kirk Acevado from 12 Monkeys. And i really did LOVE seasons 1 and 2.

Just keep team arrow down to the absolute bare minimum i'm begging you! Diggle, BC, Felicity. Done. Arsenal is cool but i like that better as a sometime ally. Drifts in and out, not every ep.

@TheManWithoutFear - Just saying if you like seasons 1 and 2 you might want to check out season 5. Probably not as good as those seasons but definitely on par with them and a huge improvement from the last two seasons. And they do seem to try and make up for killing Laurel.

@NateBest @KingPatel @RorMachine @JoshWilding

Seriously, I don't want to bother you guys, but does anyone have any kind of information about what the heck's happening with the comment sections? And, ideally, some estimate about when it's going to be fixed? Any word on this would be much appreciated! :)

@Kyos - Yeah, I'm trying to hunt down the cause, but it's tough because it works sometimes and then nothing responds at other times.

What browser and device are you using?

@NateBest - I was using my Android phone with Chrome and my work PC with Internet Explorer, and both were [frick]ed. Weird thing was that when I first switched to the PC for a very short while everything seemed to work, but then suddenly it didn't.

But it seems things are working as they should again, so thanks very much for making that happen!

Felicity did survive, she has been confirmed to be in an episode of Flash Season 4. the rest are still up in the air....Thea better not be dead, Oliver has lost enough family members

Hope Mr Terrific is dead...annoying shit

its clear Oliver's baby mama is dead, why would he be raising his kid

and the characters who do survive better go through some fallout from it
Origame
Origame - 10/1/2017, 4:07 AM
@dancingmonkey08 - From what I can tell, all of the new members of Team Arrow that started last season will return. You just mentioned Felicity. Slade also definitely survives and William's mom is officially dead. So really it's Quentin, Thea, and Diggle still up in the air. My personal guess would be Quentin as dying but who knows? Considering William's mom will change the series enough by adding him to the cast that might be the only death.

The Berlantiverse is pretty amazing when you consider what he's accomplished in live action TV comic book shows.

Those four show crossover events with ... what, 12-15 heroes? So much fun to watch!
Spock0Clock
Spock0Clock - 9/30/2017, 10:13 PM
@ElJefe - I agree. Even if it's not really my cup of tea most of the time, and it's bogged down in a lot of samey tropes, it's still a testament to what someone can do with a bit of freedom from the corporate types who don't understand the genre.

I've said before, if the Berlanti-verse was a thing that happened 15 years earlier, I would have been in awe of it. It's less obviously impressive during this period with a cinematic universe firing on all cylinders and every franchise flooding the screen (with a bigger budget). But for what it is, it... is, I guess.

@Spock0Clock -

Haha, yes, it's definitely not for everybody and some episodes and storylines I can take or leave ... but overall I love having a DC universe that's connected and comes out with four shows a week. But I've always been a sucker for B and C-Listers. Mad Dog in Arrow is really fun for me ... as is Firestorm in LoT. I hope Black Lightening is fun too.

Ill never support this show for as long as I live. It is a poop stain on the legacy of Green Arrow, turning him into some basic brooding vigilante
