The CW's
Crisis on Infinite Earths is shaping up to be quite the special event, and will likely see even the most jaded critics of the
Arrowverse tuning in to see all the geeky goodness.
Recently,
Arrowverse showrunner/co-creator Marc Guggenheim took to Twitter to confirm that there's still plenty of surprises being kept under wraps. What other shows/films do you expect to see represented outside of
Arrow,
Supergirl,
The Flash,
Legends of Tomorrow,
Batwoman and the previously announced cameos? Perhaps someone from
Gotham will make an appearance or one of the
Titans from the DC Universe show will play a role?

'90s Flash
Seeing as how the version of Barry Allen from the '90s TV show (played by John Wesley Shipp) has previously appeared on The Flash, it's a fairly easy guest appearance for the crossover to execute. A more impressive feat would be if the crossover could somehow have all three characters Shipp has played on The Flash (Jay Garrick, Earth-90 Barry Allen, Henry Allen) appear on screen at the same time.
Birds of Prey
Ashley Scott will be reprising her role as Helena Kyle aka Huntress from the short-lived 2002 Birds of Prey series from The WB. Rachel Skarsten, who plays Red Alice on the network's new Batwoman show, co-starred with Scott on Birds of Prey. Skarsten portrayed a version of Dinah Lance aka Black Canary on the show.
'60s Batman
Burt Ward, star of the '60s Batman TV series is confirmed to appear on the show. While his role is currently unspecified, there's plenty of fans who hope he'll be portraying his old role as the Boy Wonder. Ward is confirmed to appear during the Batwoman portion of the Crisis Event, further fueling speculation that its an older Grayson Ward will be portraying.
Smallville
Arguably the most shocking inclusion in the Crisis miniseries is the inclusion of Tom Welling's Clark Kent and Erica Durance's Lois Lane. For years, it seemed as if Welling wanted nothing to do with his old role as the Last Son of Krytpon so the announcement of his appearance was quite the shock. Sadly, Welling made recent comments that his role in the miniseries is fairly small so don't get your hopes up of actually seeing Welling suit up as the Man of Steel.
Superman Returns
In addition to his role as Ray Palmer/Atom on Legends of Tomorrow, Brandon Routh will be reprising his role of Clark Kent from Bryan Singer's 2006 Superman Returns film. By extension, Routh is continuing on as the same version of Superman originally portrayed by Christopher Reeve.
Black Lightning
Black Lightning is technically not part of the Arrowverse, despite airing on The CW. Perhaps Jefferson Pierce's appearance will be the first step towards bringing the show into the fold?
Stargirl
Recently, it was announced that the new Stargirl TV series, originally developed as an exclusive for the DC Universe streaming platform, would also air on The CW, a day after commercial-free episodes debuted on the app. Additionally, Brec Bassinger's Cosmic Staff-wielding heroine will make her debut during the Crisis Event.
Special Guest Characters
Arguably the biggest special guest character is longtime animated Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy. When it was initially revealed that Conroy would be joining the crossover event, many fans speculated that he would be portraying an older version of Bruce Wayne from the Batman Beyond universe. However, a recent trailer for Crisis on Infinite Earths confirmed that Conroy's portraying a Kingdom Come-esque version of The Dark Knight Batman. Other special guests include Stephen Lobo as Jim Corrigan/Spectre, Stephen Amell as Multiple Versions of Oliver Queen, Tom Cavanagh as Pariah and Audrey Marie Anderson as a comic book accurate version of Harbinger.
