@Luminus Just as The Dark Knight Rises had Bugs Bunny rules of anatomical science, so does this piss poor Nolan wannabe. Oliver got stabbed twice and thrown 600-1200 feet down a cliff to solid rock. Both stab wounds would be fatal without immediate medical treatment. He laid on that rock for days.

The writers have obviously heard of Targeted Temperature Management but were too lazy, stupid and incompetent to do any research on how it works. A temperature below 30 °C is avoided in the process because of increased bleeding, risk of infection, pneumonia and sepsis.

Arrow was in below freezing temps for days with no protection of any kind. Not only would he have died from hypothermia, he would've incurred frostbite to various bodyparts.

So we have a guy with 2 deep wounds, a fall that would've shattered his skull, damaged his brain, his spine and other bones, and subjected to below freezing temps for days, just wake up because of some herbal tea and penicillin.

The show has had various characters get shot, stabbed and Brick is shot multiple times with Arrows and not even need medical treatment. That's Bugs Bunny Looney Toons writing.

Arrow's producers claim the show is grounded but the show has no logic and no scientific rule of any kind. It has utter idiots writing about things they simply do not understand. Which is why we see such stupidity when Arrow's writers attempt to deal with injuries to the human body or other more simplistic things that are beyond the scope of it's intellectually bankrupt writers.

You people are impatient. They are clearly not finished telling the story of the magical healing. There's a bigger story that somehow connects the herbs, the bioweapons, the mirakuru, and Ra's bathwater.
My guess is that all come from Nanda Parbat's springwater. If that's a Lazarus Pit, then it's best saved for next season.
Expect the mystery to be solved when Rex Tyler shows up as a character.
