TED GRANT IS ACCUSED OF MURDER - After a body is found strung up in the Wildcat gym, Ted Grant (J.R. Ramirez) becomes the main suspect. Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) argue over Ted's innocence. Meanwhile, in flashbacks, when Maseo (Karl Yune) needs Oliver to remember where an informant for China White stashed key information, he asks Tatsu (guest star Rila Fukushima) to help jog Oliver's memory. Roy (Colton Haynes) shares a secret with Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards). Peter Leto directed the episode written by Erik Oleson & Keto Shimizu (#306).

In the aftermath of this victory, Season 3 opens with Arrow now a hero to the citizens of Starling. Crime is down, people feel safer, and Captain Lance even calls off the Anti-Vigilante Task Force. Basking in his success, Oliver believes he can finally have a private life and asks Felicity out on a date. But the second Oliver takes his eye off the ball, a deadly villain reappears in Starling, forcing Oliver to realize that he can never be Oliver Queen — not as long as the city needs The Arrow.

Arrow features:
Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Arrow
Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak
David Ramsey as John Diggle
Willa Holland as Thea Queen
Katie Cassidy as Laurel Lance
Colton Haynes as Roy Harper/Arsenal
Paul Blackthorne as Detective Quentin Lance
John Barrowman as Malcolm Merlyn/Dark Archer
Manu Bennett as Slade Wilson/Deathstroke
Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer/Atom
Katrina Law as Nyssa al Ghul
Matt Nable as Ra's al Ghul

Roy had to have done it then, right? Because I've had these extremely detailed dreams where I'm banging Caity Lotz....dreams that seemed so real.

That means I've sexed Caity...right? Please...someone say yes.

It definitely wasn't Roy, in his dream he threw the bows at her, but when it actually happened you heard the arrow being released from the bow. But it still don't explain how Roy would know her last words.

How the [frick] do u throw Arrows with such velocity that it penetrates and knocks a person off the roof? That's just lazy writing man.

But then again.... How did he know what Sara's last words were?

I really enjoyed the episode. So I guess maybe the Brother Eye program could have gone rogue and stolen the OMAC files off camera because Arrow seems to be going that direction for Ray Palmer. All I care is that if they decide to use Kevin Kho or Buddy Blank that they put some decent effort into it (not like the complete garbage Brion Markov).

I don't think he actually did kill sara. I feel like it's psychological damage from when he killed a cop while under the mirakuru rage, although he still doesn't consciously know he did that.

@JasonBlue That's not lazy writing. In Roy's dream, he had his super strength back.

And that's actually not what happened. Roy had nothing to do with Sara's death.

Also, when Sara first saw her killer, she didn't look at the person as a friend... She looked at the person as an enemy. If it was Roy on the rooftop, Sara would have responded much different to seeing an ally.

I still believe Sara's killer is Ra's al Ghul.

I say it's Thea that killed Sara.Malcolm exposed Oliver as Arrow 2 her which is why she invited him 2 stay with her.Low and behold Malcolm is watching. He's prolly just making sure Thea did her job.He always knew Ra's was gonna come back 4 him thus he prolly needs allies(backup plan). He's using Thea as a way 2 get Ollie 2 help him when The League & Ra's eventually show up.& they will.Big showdown at the end with Malcolm & Team Arrow against the League & Ra's. Least that's my take.Season 4 Ollie finds out whats really going on.+ didn't Malcolm mention knowing about Deathstrokes whereabouts? He'll prolly break him out eventually.Which will prolly c Laurel as BC by then helping out & whatnot. Deathstroke & Malcolm vs Team Arrow & BC season 4 finale! XD

I think the chance that Roy killed Sara is 5%. I think the death of Sara is just triggering memories of him killing that cop in season 2, and he's meshing it with her death. Oliver, Dig, and Felicity never did tell him he killed somebody. The 5% is only if there is a chance that the mirakuru is still making him go on mindless rages, but I really doubt that since they removed it from him. The Thea theory actually makes sense though. I see no reason why Malcolm wouldn't have told Thea about Oliver and Sara, especially since he promised to not lie to her, but the way she acts, it seems like she doesn't know, or pretending not to know. I can see Malcolm having Thea kill Sara while on a mission to find him, to invoke the league to invade Starling to find him, which in return would sway Oliver to help him take out Ra's and the rest of the league. The only thing is Malcolm had to have wanted himself and Thea to move back to Starling, but Thea had to fight him just to do so. He did let her win though, so it could have been his plan all along. I give the Thea theory a 25% chance and Ra's 70%.

@mgeoff88 @COREY6487 I meant lazy writing in the sense that its not a very good cliffhanger... its pretty obvious Roy didn't kill Sara.

Still think like Supergirl in Justice League it's not Roy but a clone of him but that have some sort of connection

I just watched the episode the magician and I am overwhelmed by the amount of plot holes in this episode. How does Nissa get on a plane with all those weapons, Explain again why Oliver believes Merlin and doesn't at least make the police aware that he's alive, why doesn't he maim him in some way, break his hands so he can't shoot arrows, how is he just walking around town with no one recognizing him living in a pent house that no one has seen when he's a famous mass murderer, how did he get on a plane. How does he still have money wouldn't his wealth have been frozen? any assets? the US goes after that stuff hard. I'm not even close to done, it's one episode and this is what I'm left with. This show has really gone down the drain this season. Oh wait here's one more, where is Namda Par Bhat if Ras has an Irish Accent, his daughter and a british accent? is it in England? because it doesn't sound Galic to me.

Those dreams (repressed memories) Roy is having has to do with the police officer he killed while under the influence if mirakuru... i'm sure of it. I always thought that they would use that as a catalyst for a break up between Roy and Ollie. But it's happening so early on in the season, i doubt that now. I'm really enjoying the sidekick relatiinship both have. It's really fun watching thm work together. Haven't seen that dynamic since the 60s Batman & Robin

When is Digs going to be fully realized? I fully expected him to become a badass before Thea and Laurel. WTF?
