A new Vigilante has arrived in Star City, and while Oliver & Team Arrow try to determine whether that's good or bad news, Diggle struggles to cope with his new situation. Elsewhere, Thea has a major dilemma on her hands when she has to defend Lance after he comes clean about a shocking secret. Plus, Dolph Lundgren guest stars as Konstantin Kovar.

Check out the extended promo for next week's episode, titled "Vigilante," below:

“Vigilante” — (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, V) (HDTV)

DOLPH LUNDGREN "ROCKY" GUEST STARS - When the bodies of two criminals are dropped at SCPD, Oliver (Stephen Amell) realizes there is a new Vigilante in Star City. The team is split about whether they should stop someone who is helping keep the city safe. Diggle (David Ramsey) is frustrated with his new situation and Thea (Willa Holland) fights for Lance (Paul Blackthorne) who confesses a shocking secret. Meanwhile, in the flashbacks, Oliver finally sits down with Konstantin Kovar (guest star Dolph Lundgren) (#507). Original airdate 11/16/2016.

Newly appointed Mayor Oliver Queen finds himself challenged as he fights on two fronts for the future of Star City. With Diggle back in the military and Thea adamant about hanging up her hood as Speedy, Team Green Arrow is down to just Oliver and Felicity – but they’re no longer the only vigilantes in town. Green Arrow’s public defeat of Damien Darhk at the end of Season Four has inspired a new crop of masked heroes to step up and defend the city, though their painful inexperience makes them obstacles, rather than allies, in the field. The arrival of a deadly new adversary will force Oliver to confront questions about his own legacy, both as mayor and as the Green Arrow.

Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Green Arrow

Ragman is pretty OP for this show...don't know why he's not the go-to vs any big bad they have to go against.

I like that they are digging out these relatively obscure older characters and bringing them to life again....

I haven't seen any of the CW shows this year but it seems like they're going all-out.

@KingPatel - I haven't in a long time, but I saw it on Twitter. All this negativity from the election made me decide to try to be more positive though (except about Star Wars).

@KingPatel - LOL same old shit, man. My forecast looks the same for about the next 30 years until I retire, so I got that to look forward to.

@KingPatel - People are inherently stupid, but I also believe they're inherently good. The American people won't sit idly by while Americans are being oppressed. Any social policies Trump tries to introduce will be bogged down in litigation for years.
