GOTHAM KNIGHTS: Batman Falls In Full Trailer For The CW's Latest DC Comics Series

The CW has released a full trailer for Gotham Knights ahead of its March 14 premiere, and it shows us what takes place in the aftermath of Batman's (sorry, Bruce Wayne in a silly-looking mask) murder...

Gotham Knights is set to premiere on March 14, and the CW has released a full trailer for its latest (last?) DC Comics-based series.

The promo sees soon-to-be Two-Face, District Attorney Harvey Dent, pay a visit to Wayne Manor to inform Bruce's adopted son Turner Hayes that the Batman has been killed (we get a quick glimpse of the hero in a tux and a really silly-looking mask).

When he's framed for the murder, Turner joins forces with a group consisting of Bluebird, Cullen Rowe, Duela Dent and Carrie Kelly to find out who actually killed his father.

We're really not sure now this show wasn't given the axe when the new guard took over DC Studios, but something tells us it's not going to run for longer than a single season!

Check out the trailer below, and let us know if you plan on tuning in.

Gotham Knights will star Fallon Smythe (Grown-Ish) as Bluebird, Tyler DiChiara (Relish) as her brother Cullen Row, Olivia Rose Keegan (Days of our Lives) as Duela Dent, Navia Robinson (Raven's Home) as Carrie Kelley, Oscar Morgan (Trauma) as Turner Hayes, Misha Collins (Supernatural) as Harvey Dent, and Anna Lore as Stephanie Brown.

"The one-hour drama takes place in in the wake of Bruce Wayne’s murder. His rebellious adopted son forges an unlikely alliance with the children of Batman’s enemies when they are all framed for killing the Caped Crusader. And as the city’s most wanted criminals, this renegade band of misfits must fight to clear their names. But in a Gotham with no Dark Knight to protect it, the city descends into the most dangerous it’s ever been. However, hope comes from the most unexpected of places as this team of mismatched fugitives will become its next generation of saviors known as the Gotham Knights."
