This and iZombie are the only two shows I keep up with. Looks like I’m done with TV for a while after May unless something else pings my radar.

Chris Chalks forhead is crazy lookin to me in this photo specifically. I dont know of anyone reads Wild Cards but theres a character in the series names Fortunato that has many different mind powers at the cost of a huge ass forhead. My poont being is this man should play Fortunato whenever that RR Martin Wild Cards tv series happens.

Jeremiah isn't the Joker.

He is, regardless of what the showrunners are forced to say. They just aren't allowed to call him Joker.

@Fekkius -
LOL, the sheer amount of denial and lawyering in that statement is ridiculous. He's not the Joker. Jerome and Jeremiah are confirmed to be precursors to the Joker. Don't pretend like you have some secret insider knowledge just because you want it to go a certain way.

Plus, they're going with the Ace Chemicals origin in Season 5, so obviously it ain't Jeremiah. It's probably the Jerome clone from Season 2.
Darkknight2149
Darkknight2149 - 12/10/2018, 10:02 PM
According to the showrunner: "Jeremiah is not the Joker. What we've always gone with is that Joker is somewhere out there, anonymous and unformed and he's watching the actions of Jeremiah and Jerome and possibly even another one, and he's adopting them as inspirations as the person he'll one day become."

Also:

And anyone who is going to sit there in denial and go "NOOOOOOOOO, he MUST be the Joker!" clearly didn't learn their lesson with Jerome...

@Darkknight2149
I'm not claiming to have insider knowledge. But it's pretty obvious from having watched the show that they intended for Jeremiah to be Gotham's Joker. And I know about what the showrunner said, but they likely were forced to say that by WB.

If this was something they were forced to say, then they wouldn't have gone in-depth into the specifics of how he isn't the Joker. Their statements related to the Joker have also been pretty consistent going back to 2015. As for what it 'felt' like what they were doing, that's pretty subjective but Gotham is easily the most unpredictable comic book show on TV right now. Keep in mind that when they announced that Jerome wasn't the Joker, everyone insisted that they were lying or somehow wrong. Also, they set up a Jerome clone back in Season 2 and they have been teasing Ace Chemicals quite a bit.

@Darkknight2149 - Are you have the secret knowledge? because there is NO Jeremoe clone xD after season 2 we just saw Jerome but then they changed the plans for the character and he was dead.

@Darkknight2149 - Dude use brain,why would they build thic character so much so at the finale they could just tease another dude lol.They sticking with actor who plays JErome/Jeremiah.Jeremiah already have bound with Bruce,he have proto Harley,if so he will fell into Ace Chemicals.
Darkknight2149
Darkknight2149 - 12/11/2018, 1:07 AM
@Omega -
Someone's in deep denial. Also, Cameron Monaghan and John Stephens have both acknowledged the existence of the clone.

And you are making judgments based on what you want to happen rather than fact. This is the same show that made Penguin gay for Riddler.

It's confirmed that he isn't the Joker. You should just accept that now. It's amazing how you people are still accusing the ones making the show of being wrong, after you all swore up and down that they were magically wrong about Jerome not being the Joker. Get over yourselves already. You have zero creative control.

@Darkknight2149 - How do you know it's not Jeremiah that will fall into the chemical vat? It could easily be him.
Darkknight2149
Darkknight2149 - 12/11/2018, 9:49 AM
@Nightwing1015 -
First of all, they flat out confirmed that it isn't Jeremiah. Second, why would they dump an already transformed and insane Jeremiah into the vat of chemicals? To make him slightly more insane? To make his hair a lighter shade of green? That's just dumb.

It's confirmed that he's not the Joker. I don't know why certain fans insist on lawyering every time the showrunners announce something you don't like.

Showrunners: "Jerome is not the Joker."

Fans: "NO! Jerome is the Joker, he's the one and only Joker, no one can compete, the showrunners are lying and misleading us, he'll be a copycat if he isn't, he has to be the Joker!"

Showrunners: "Jeremiah is not the Joker."

Fans: "NO!! Jeremiah has to be the Joker, he'll be a copycat if he isn't, no one can compete, he's my one and only Joker, maybe they changed their minds, maybe WB forced him to say that, maybe they'll dump him into the vat of chemicals for no particular reason, he HAS to be the Joker!"
Nightwing1015
Nightwing1015 - 12/11/2018, 10:36 AM
@Darkknight2149 - The fan's aren't crazy. The actor himself says the production team actively do everything they can to make him look like the Joker. They try to make his hair appear greener than it is. The marketing team also push him as Joker. Netflix even subtitle him as Joker. Just because the writers don't want him to be Joker, doesn't mean he isn't. Gotham is made by many people.
Darkknight2149
Darkknight2149 - 12/11/2018, 12:14 PM
@Nightwing1015 -
Netflix provides their own captioning. That isn't official. And what are the fans going to do when Jeremiah's arc ends (probably in death) and he isn't the Joker? Accuse the episode of lying? Keep in mind that just because Jeremiah isn't the Joker doesn't mean that the Joker won't be played by Cameron Monaghan, if that's what all the denial is about.

And while I'm not about to throw the word "crazy" around, there is a saying that insanity is doing the exact same thing over and over and expecting a different result each time. I really thought that after people were proven wrong after vigorously insisting that Jerome was the Joker, they would learn to start taking what the people making the show say seriously.
